The fees for services of the consultant shall be payable on lump sum basis.

The fee for consultant for the above project shall remain unchanged for the present scope of work even if the total cost of the project increases/decreases subsequently subject to provisions under Additions and Alterations. (refer point 18)

Consultant’s Scope of Services is detailed in Clause 4.2.3 (SCOPE OF WORK FOR WINNER OF THE COMPETITION)

• DDA shall pay consultant the fee of USD 375000 approx. (INR 2.5 crore ) / as per the design intent for the professional services rendered by them for the entire project as per scope of work defined .The quoted fee should be inclusive of all the costs towards the whole project and no hidden costs/exclusions should be appended.

• The Landscape design consultant shall be paid professional fee in the following stages consistent with the work done.

Milestone 1
Upon statutory approval, if required and preparation of working drawings, specifications and schedule of quantities sufficient to prepare estimate of cost and preparation of tender documents.	10 % of the total fees payable less payment already made after the acceptance of the drawings and reports.
Milestone 2
On inviting, receiving and analyzing tenders; advising Authority on appointment of Contractor	25% of the total fees payable less payment already made after the appointment of the Contractor.
Milestone 3
On submitting ‘good for construction’ working drawings and details required for commencement of work at site.	40% of the total fees less payment already made after the acceptance of the drawings and reports.
Milestone 4
On completion of 20% of the work	50% of the total fees payable less payment already made.
Milestone 5
On completion of 40% of the work	60% of the total fees payable less payment already made.
Milestone 6
On completion of 60% of the work	70% of the total fees payable less payment already made.
Milestone 7
On completion of 80% of the work	80% of the total fees payable less payment already made.
Milestone 8
On Virtual Completion	90% of the total fees payable less payment already made.
Milestone 9
On submitting Completion Report and drawings for issuance of completion by statutory authorities, wherever required and on issue of as built drawings	100% of the fees payable less payment already made after the acceptance of the final drawings and completion reports.

Note:

payment against the above stages can be released on pro rata basis periodically to be decided by DDA based on the actual work done against the total work stipulated in the stage.

• The prize money as per clause 9 shall be adjusted towards professional fees in five equal instalments from Milestone1 to Milestone 5.

• In case the project is dropped due to any reason, then the fees payable till that stage only after deducting the full prize money shall be paid and nothing extra will be paid and no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
