A1. Immediately after announcement of the result of the allotment, allotment-cum-demand letters are dispatched through speed post/courier/registered post. It is the sole responsibility of the registrant to check up the result of the draw and contact DDA, if he/she does not get information despite afore mentioned means.
Q2. How do I make payment of the demanded amount or instalments?
A2. The payments are to be made by the allottee through a bankers cheque/demand draft in favour of DDA Housing payable at Delhi/New Delhi to be presented at any of the designated Banks/Branches.
Q3. Can I change mode of payment from hire purchase to Cash Down or vice-versa?
A3. The mode of payment from hire purchase to Cash down is allowed but Cash down to Hire purchase is not allowed.
Q4. Do I have to inform the office of DDA after making payments?
A4. Yes
Q5. How can I get NOC for raising loan from any bank Or agency?
A5.

The allottee can avail housing loan by mortgaging the house to the prescribed institutions without prior approval of the DDA. There is no need for obtaining NOC from DDA. Only an intimation regarding institution to which flat has to be mortgaged is to be given by the allottee to the Joint/Dy.Director (Housing) concerned. The detail of the institutions is available in the brochure as also in the terms & conditions annexed to the demand letter.

The allottees is not required to approach the Dy. Director concerned in the DDA for NOC as the permission is already granted as mentioned above. Allottee should take up this matter appropriately with the loan giving agency.
