Preparation, analysis and design of structural details with design calculations at computer software for community hall at Tikaona park near Shahi Eidgah at Motia Khan having one basement with floor height 3.6 metre and coverage 482 sqm. and ground floor with floor feight 5 metre and cove rage approximately 532 sqm as per approved architectural drawings, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.  The agency will supply the calculation details complete of soft copy and on hard copy in triplicate for approval  The agency shall also prepare all structural drawings on computer on AUTOCAD Release-14 and submit the same on soft copy as well as on hard copy in triplicate.  All necessary corrections if any required after checking the same will be done by the agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Note:

1.                50% payment shall be released at the time of submission of detailed calculations and drawings.

2.                The balance 50% shall be relased after the design and drawings are duly checked by the completent Authority and the agency will be responsible for getting design appove from the competent authority

3.                The tentative estimated cost of the work based on DSR-2007 will be Rs. 1.00 Crore.

4.                The agency will be responsible to give required design and drawing clarification to the site staff during execution of the work for which 10% of the quoted amount will be withheld from the quoted amount while preparation of the bill.
