Sealed item rate tenders are invited for the following work by the Executive Engineer, Northern Division No.2, DDA, Motia Khan Works Site, New Delhi-110055 on behalf of DDA up to 3.00 P.M. from the approved contractors of appropriate class of DDA,CPWD,MES Railway & Civil Wing of P & T Department which shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M. at ground floor, Vikas Minar, DDA Office, New Delhi in the presence of the intending purchaser or their authorized representatives.

The tender documents can be had on any working day between 11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on payment of cost of tender ( non refundable) as well as amount of Earnest Money as mentioned against each tender from the office of Sr. A.O. CAU (NZ), Ashok Vihar DDA Office Complex or Sales Counter, Ground Floor Vikas Minar, New Delhi on production of valid enlistment registration certificate, valid registration with works contract cell of Sales Tax Department of GNCTD and Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Work Contract Cell in Form-XI, Sale of Tender Forms will be stopped 4 days (including the date of opening) before the date fixed for the opening of tender documents.

The manner of submission of tenders, opening of the same and entry of contractor's/their authorized representatives to the place of opening shall be as provided in clause 3 (a), ( b) & ( c ) of PWD-6 forming part of the tender documents.

The Earnest Money should accompany with the application for the purchase of tender in the form of Cash/FDR/Call Deposit Receipt of Demand Draft of a Scheduled Bank Guaranteed by the Reserve Bank of India in favor of Sr. Accounts Office (CAU) North Zone, DDA, Delhi. It should be ensured that FDR is valid for period of SIX MONTHS or more after the last of receipt of tender.
