Dheerpur
- The Dheerpur Project Area (900 Ha) is the part of a total area
falling in four planning zones namely C-14, C-19 & C-20.
- The Project area is located south of NH - I
bypass near the
Coronation Pillar and Dheerpur village.
- Prior to the construction of Outer ring Road, the site was subject
to flooding and hence was designated as recreational green in MPD
- 1962.
- After the road construction, the entire site of 900 Ha. was reclaimed
and designated for Residential and Supporting uses.
Area Statement
- Total Site Area = 194.50 Ha
- Area under Court Stay = 33.44 Ha
- Area under Encroachment = 11.00 Ha
- Unacquired Land = 5.81 Ha
