Persons registered under Rohini Residential Scheme-1981 are being
allotted plots of the different sizes i.e. 60 meter (MIG), 32 meter
(LIG) and 26 meter (Janta) under this scheme.
The registrants were assigned priority numbers
in 1989. The allotments to these registrants are being made
strictly on the basis of these priority numbers.
Following categories of reservations are observed in this scheme
while making allotment.

A scheme for retiring personnel or going to be retired up to Dec.,2003
has been announced and 1375 applications have been received. These
applications are under scrutiny and draw is likely to be held in
Dec., 2003 for three thousand plots.
