Mutation of residential plots on the basis of "Will" outside blood relations.

Following documents are required along with a plain paper application.

• Affidavit
• Indeminity Bond
• Certified copy of “Will” left by allottee/lessee/subleasee
• Original Death Certificate
• Copy of Ration Card or copy of Passport or copy of voter’s identity card etc. duly attested
• Copy of “D” Form/Completion Certificate
• One photograph and three specimen signatures of mutatee duly attested by Class I gazetted Officer.
• NOC or redemption deed, if plot is mortgaged.
• A certified copy of assessment order of Income Tax and House Tax receipt showing the name of the person in whose name property is being assessed.
• Proof of payment of Ground Rent from the society in case of a Co-operative Society Plot.
