CHECKING OF CONVERSION CHARGES, SUB-LETTING CHARGES AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES

The Land Costing wing also ensure the correctness of the amount deposited on account of sub-letting charges, conversion charges, restoration charges, sealing and unsealing charges and interest thereon as and when the payments are not made within time by the allottee. The verification of the payment made by the allottee on account of composition fee is also done by the Land Costing Branch.
