After the allottee makes the payment of the amount demanded to DDA
and the prescribed -4- documents are submitted by him to the office,
the possession letters are issued to the allottees after verification
of the payments made and the documents in question. Copy of the possession
letter is sent to the allottee through speed post and copy of the
same is sent to the site office of the DDA for handing over of the
possession to the allottee. |

| Q3. |
How I am being asked to submit documents for verification
of genuineness again? |
| A3. |
The DDA is committed to issue the possession letter to actual allottee
of the flat before which his genuineness /identify is verified properly.
If there is any abnormal time gap in between submission of incomplete
documents or there is no response from the allottee for a considerable
period of time or case is represented by a person other than the allottee
, the need for verification of the genuineness of the allottee arises.
It is in the interest of the allottee that this verification is done
by the office. |

| Q4. |
What is service charges? |
| A4. |
In the case of free hold allotments, allottee is required to pay
service charges annually ( as mentioned in the demand -cum-allotment
letter itself). The service charges are payable till services are
transferred by the DDA to MCD. It has further been decided to charge
capitalized service charges for 2 years before execution of the CD
even if the allottee has paid/not paid the service charges annually
for so many years. He has however, the option to pay capitalized service
charges or annual service charges payment. |
