The allottee can avail housing loan by mortgaging the house to

the allottee to the Joint/Dy.Director (Housing) concerned. The detail
of the institutions is available in the brochure as also in the
terms & conditions annexed to the demand letter.
The allottees is not required to approach the Dy. Director concerned
in the DDA for NOC as the permission is already granted as mentioned
above. Allottee should take up this matter appropriately with the
loan giving agency.
