A total of 23,285 registrants for DDA flats are awaiting allotment. These include 11,549 registrants of the New Pattern Housing Scheme - 1979, 7439 registrants of the Janta Housing Scheme 1996 and 4287 registrants under the Ambedkar Awas Yojana - 1989.
