Aravalli Biodiversity Park

Wetland
On the right side of amphitheatre there is a large pit of irregular shape and of different depths. The deepest area has been developed into a biologically rich wetland, and the elevated areas supports riparian community consisting of Butea monosperma, Toona ciliata, Holoptelea integrifolia, Adina cordifolia and Syzygium cuminii. Cormorants, Spot billed ducks, Kingfishers and Waterhens are permanent resident birds of the waterbody while jackals visit this area very frequently.

Conservatory of Herbal Plants
The conservatory harbours more than 350 species native to the Aravallis. Plants which are used in the treatment of blood pressure, Rheumatism, Epilepsy, Paralysis, Skin diseases, Hypertension and Liver disorder are found in the conservatory. The most noteworthy species are Tylophora asthamatica, Boswellia serrata, Helicteres isora, Ocimum sanctum, Plumbago zeylanica, Simarouba glauca, Spilanthes carva and Euphorbia tirucalli.
