Eligibility of DDA Parks Available for Adoption
DDA Parks will be available for adoption for maintenance with up-gradation, only maintenance, maintenance of a portion of all DDA greens larger than three acres. RWAs
may be offered parks of any size that are in the walkable vicinity of their own residential complexes only. Clause of minimum size criteria of 3 acres will not be applicable to
Public Sector Undertaking, Authorities / Boards constituted under the Government.
