Refunds in SFS Schemes
  • DDA's erstwhile Self-financing scheme, has been closed after making allocations/allotments of flats to the registrants who applied for the same against releases made by DDA.
  • A total of 53,743 flats have been allotted under the Self-financing schemes.
  • Public notices were made in newspapers on 1.4.2002 for the unsuccessful registrants to take refund of their registration money after submitting prescribed documents.
  • The registrants/ allocatees / allottees of the SFS schemes have to submit the following documents for refund of registration money/deposits:

Unsuccessful Registrants

  • Original FDR/Acknowledgement slip duly discharged after affixing the revenue stamp on its back.
  • 4th copy of bank challan in original
  • 3 specimen signatures along with one passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/1st Class Magistrate.
  • Residential proof duly attested (Ration Card/Passport/Election Card etc.)
  • Bank A/c. No. with name of the bank and branch.

Allocatees/Allotees under SFS

  • Original FDR/Acknowledgement slip duly discharged after affixing the revenue stamp on its back.
  • 4th copy of bank challan in original
  • Allocation/Demand-cum-Allotment letter in original.
  • 3 specimen signatures along with one passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/1st Class Magistrate.
  • Residential proof duly attested (Ration card / Passport / Election Card etc.)
