Obtain Possession Letter

For the issue of Possession Letter under the SFS and HIG Schemes, the allottee is required to submit the following document:

For SFS Flats

• An Affidavit.
• Duly discharged Acknowledgement/ FDR to be surrendered.
• An Undertaking.
• 3 specimen signatures along with one passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/1st Class Magistrate.
• Conveyance Deed Papers duly stamped by the Collector of Stamps, Delhi Govt.
• PAN/WR/Declaration in Form 60.
• Undertaking regarding Conversion Charges.
• Cash Receipt of payment.
• S.P.A./Non-sale Affidavit in cases of S.P.A.

For HIG Flats (Cash Down)

• An Affidavit.
• Duly discharged Acknowledgement/ FDR to be surrendered.
• An Undertaking.
• 3 specimen signatures along with one passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/1st Class Magistrate.
• Conveyance Deed Papers duly stamped by the Collector of Stamps, Delhi Govt.
• Undertaking regarding Conversion Charges.
• Cash Receipt of payment.
• S.P.A./Non-sale Affidavit in cases of S.P.A.
• Original D/L required in case of Hire Purchase to Cash Down basis.
