Execution Conveyence Deed

The following documents are required to be submitted for the execution of a conveyance deed:

For SFS Flats

• Photocopy of possession slip indicating the date on which possession was taken over by the allottee.
• NOC from the office/Bank/Financial Institution if loan has been taken.
• If not, an affidavit to the effect that no loan has been taken from any such organization.
• Photocopy of the treasury challan for having deposited the Stamp Duty to the Delhi Government.
• 3rd copy of bank challan for having deposited capitalize & service charges where services of the area have not been transferred to the MCD.
• Names Addresses of two witnesses, along with their identification (Election Card/ Ration Card? PAN/Passport etc.) 4 passport size photographs (un-attested).

For HIG Flats

• Photocopy of possession slip indicating the date on which possession was taken over by the allottee.
• NOC from the office/Bank/Financial Institution if loan has been taken. If not, an affidavit to the effect that no loan has been taken from any such organization.
• Photocopy of the treasury challan for having deposited the Stamp Duty to the Delhi Government.
• Names Addresses of two witnesses, along with their identification (Election Card/ Ration Card? PAN/Passport etc.)
• 4 passport size photographs (un-attested).
