(d)DIRECTOR (COORDN.) /LD BRANCH CIRCULAR NO. F 4 (43) 99/COORDN. DATED 9.01.2002 REGARDING AMALGAMATION CASES.
In continuation of the clarifications and circulars issued from time to time on the conversion policy, it has now been decided to allow the conversion of residential properties from leasehold to free hold even in those cases where the amalgamation has been done. This issues with the approval of Vice-Chairman, DDA/Lt.Governor, Delhi.
